Fuji Xerox Managed Print Services (MPS) allows us to offer you a fixed cost per page on selected printers and multifunction devices. Each month you are billed for what you have printed. Software is installed on your computer and reports the page count of your device back to us via the internet so we can bill appropriately. This can potentially result in you saving thousands depending on your print volume.

What is XPPS?
XPPS is what Fuji Xerox Printers calls their Managed Print Services (MPS).
XPPS is a print management service which provides a flexible, all-inclusive supplies and service program for selected Fuji Xerox office printing devices.

You benefit from regularly scheduled invoicing, allowing clear visibility of total costs and enabling you to accurately budget for your office printing needs.
All-in-one cost per page. With all of your supplies and services included at a fixed price per page, you don’t need to worry about print area coverage or hidden costs involved in printing your documents.
Service and support by us (as authorised partners) offers maintenance, on-site service and technical support to ensure that you get dependable, professional printing when you need it.
How does it work?
There are two options. The first is we sell you the Fuji Xerox printer or multifunction that best suits your needs with a three, four or five year manufacturer warranty. This covers you for the maintenance of your Fuji Xerox hardware and includes the servicing and spare parts for the period of the warranty.
The other option is you pay a monthly base fee which covers you for the maintenance of your Fuji Xerox hardware and includes the servicing and spare parts for the period of your contract.
Next is the installation of the XPPS software which monitors your devices’ status and page counts for automatic billing. You are charged a fixed price for each individual page regardless of how much ink coverage is on the page.
Consumables required are ordered generally via your own personal login through the Web. You are encouraged to have spare supplies in your cupboard which do not incur any extra cost.
With 60 days notice you can opt out of the contract at any time, unlike most copier contracts.
